Location: General Clinical Research Center H-Wing Stanford Hospital
1) Send in your signed study forms from your introduction packet.
2) Contact study staff by phone or e-mail to reserve your time.
3) Follow the directions in introduction packet for your visit.
Orientation Meetings for Partcipant Eligible after Clinical Screening Visit
Location: 211 Quarry Road, Hoover Pavilion 2nd Floor Conference Room
1) Choose an orientation date.
2) Contact study staff to reserve a spot at the orientation.
3) Follow directions to Hoover Pavilion located in your introduction packet
4) Bring your planner or calendar to orientation to schedule your study visits
